The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC) and the visiting Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC), saw St. Stephens's lacrosse team achieve victory over Sun Valley by a margin of 9-5.

The Indians (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Red Tornadoes enter the NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Hickory edged North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 13-1, in a league challenge.
