March 10, 2023: Charleston, SC 29403 Goose Creek Gators (Goose Creek, SC) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Charleston Math & Science Riptide (Charleston, SC), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Gators confront the Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes (Summerville, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 14. Goose Creek will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Swamp Foxes enter the challenge with a 8-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Cane Bay (Summerville, SC).
The Riptide now possess a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cross for a A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 14. Charleston Math & Science will confront a Trojans team coming off a 10-1 league loss to St. John's (John's Island, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-2.
