Georgia High School Soccer - Carver toppled by Columbus
March 10, 2025: Columbus, GA 31906 Columbus Blue Devils (Columbus, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team overwhelm the visiting Carver Tigers (Columbus, GA), 13-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Columbus advances its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA) to clash with the Chiefs in a non-league test on Thursday, March 13. The Chiefs come into the test with a record of 7-3. McIntosh lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Northgate (Newnan, GA)
The Tigers now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Shaw for a 2A Region 1 test on Thursday, March 13. Carver will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 11-1 league win over Sumter County (Americus, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-4.
