The Monarchs now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Highland for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 12.
With the defeat, Sandia Prep drops to 0-3 on the year. The Sundevils host Sandia (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Matadors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 13. The Matadors go into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Sandia won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM)
