Alabama High School Soccer - Cleburne County toppled by Pell City
March 10, 2025: Pell City, AL 35125 Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Cleburne County Tigers (Heflin, AL), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Pell City moves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Oxford (Oxford, AL) to meet the Yellow Jackets in a 6A Area 13 test on Thursday, March 13. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a record of 4-6. Oxford lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Austin (Decatur, AL)
The Tigers (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Lincoln, AL). The Golden Bears enter the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Lincoln held off Westbrook Christian (Rainbow City, AL), 4-1, in a non-league contest.
