In Monday's non-league test, the Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC) softball squad got by the host Gaston Christian Eagles (Gastonia, NC), by a tally of 1-0.

Next, the Patriots clash with the Ambassador Christian School Lions (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 12. Piedmont Community Charter will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 0-4 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC).

The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Warriors go into the NICSAA Metrolina test with a 0-6 record.
