In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the Half Moon Bay Cougars (Half Moon Bay, CA) baseball team trounced the visiting More Knights (San Jose, CA), by a count of 9-3.

The Cougars now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Willow Glen for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 14. Half Moon Bay will clash with a Rams team coming off a 12-4 non-league win over Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The Rams record now stands at 5-1.

With the defeat, More drops to 0-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Dunn (Los Olivos, CA) to clash with the Earwigs in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 13.
