Georgia High School Baseball - Apalachee holds off Collins Hill
March 11, 2022: Suwanee, GA 30024 Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA), 7-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Apalachee upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Greenbrier (Evans, GA) to battle the Wolfpack in a AAAAA Region 8 test on Monday, March 14. The Wolfpack come into the test with a record of 8-2. Greenbrier 1-1 in their recent non-league test against North Augusta (North Augusta, SC)
With the defeat, Collins Hill falls to 6-6 on the season. The Eagles host Jackson County (Jefferson, GA) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, March 11. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-8. Jackson County lost 10-3 in their recent non-league test against Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA)
