Minor Tigers (Adamsville, AL) boosters went home happy Friday as they saw their baseball squad beat the host Parker Thundering Herd (Birmingham, AL), 9-3 in a non-league battle.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Westminster School at Oak Mountain Knights (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 12. Minor will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Comer (Sylacauga, AL).

The Thundering Herd now sport a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Altamont for a non-league battle on Monday, March 14. Parker will play a Knights squad coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Parker (Birmingham, AL). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.
