March 11, 2022: China Grove, NC 28023 The South Rowan Raiders got by the visiting North Davidson Black Knights baseball team by a count of 12-11 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Central Cabarrus for a South Piedmont 3A bout on Tuesday, March 15. South Rowan will face a Vikings team coming off a 15-1 non-league win over Chambers (Charlotte, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 3-0.
Next, the Black Knights face the Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 15. North Davidson will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 4-0 record after their 11-6 non-league win over West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC).
