Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Marlette Red Raiders (Marlette, MI) and the visiting Millington Cardinals (Millington, MI), saw Marlette's basketball squad hold off Millington by a tally of 52-48.

With the victory, Marlette improves its record to 12-11 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to Bad Axe (Bad Axe, MI) to confront the Hatchets in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 14. The Hatchets come into the challenge with a record of 20-2. Bad Axe won 64-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Laker (Pigeon, MI)
