California High School Volleyball - Downey routed by St. John Bosco
March 11, 2022: Bellflower, CA 90706 The St. John Bosco Braves volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Downey Vikings to 0 in the Braves non-league victory on Friday.
The Braves now have a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 15. St. John Bosco will meet a Defenders team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Los Altos (Hacienda Heights, CA). The Defenders record now stands at 9-1.
The Vikings (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Kennedy (La Palma, CA). The Fighting Irish enter the non-league game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Kennedy gained a win over Garden Grove (Garden Grove, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
