March 11, 2022: Killen, AL 35645 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Brooks Lions (Killen, AL) and the visiting Hayden Wildcats (Hayden, AL), witnessed Brooks's softball squad tip Hayden by a count of 3-2.
The Lions now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Loretto for a non-league match on Monday, March 14.
With the loss, Hayden moves to 5-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Cordova (Cordova, AL) to meet the Blue Devils in a 5A Area 12 match on Tuesday, March 15. The Blue Devils go into the match with a record of 8-6. Cordova lost 9-3 in their recent league match against Corner (Warrior, AL)
