California High School Volleyball - Del Lago Academy crushed by University
March 11, 2023: Escondido, CA 92029 The University Wildcats topped the host Del Lago Academy Firebirds volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 21-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burbank for a non-league test on Saturday, March 11. University will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-7.
The Firebirds (5-9) will now prepare for their test against La Jolla Country Day (La Jolla, CA). The Torreys enter the non-league test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, La Jolla Country Day gained a win over Calvin Christian (Escondido, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
