The Valencia Tigers got by the visiting Troy Warriors volleyball team by a count of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Tigers (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Roosevelt (Eastvale, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Roosevelt was nudged by Santiago (Corona, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the La Habra Highlanders (La Habra, CA) in a Freeway challenge, on Tuesday, March 14. Troy will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Highlanders enter the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Poly (Sun Valley, CA).
