South Carolina High School Softball - Clover bounces Chesnee
March 11, 2023: Clover, SC 29710 Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Chesnee Eagles (Chesnee, SC), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Blue Eagles now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crescent for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 11. Clover will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Woodmont (Piedmont, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Chesnee falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 11. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. West Henderson won 13-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Erwin (Asheville, NC)
