Alabama High School Softball - Clarke County bounces Monroe County
March 11, 2024: Monroeville, AL 36460 Clarke County Bulldogs (Grove Hill, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Monroe County Tigers (Monroeville, AL), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Washington County for a 2A Area 1 challenge on Wednesday, March 13.
With the loss, Monroe County falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Thomasville (Thomasville, AL) to battle the Tigers in a 3A Area 4 challenge on Tuesday, March 12. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 8-1. Thomasville won 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Leroy (Leroy, AL)
