In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Valley Christian Defenders volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Whitney Wildcats.

The Defenders (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA). The Heralds come into the Olympic challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Whittier Christian beat Calvary Baptist (La Verne, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
