Alabama High School Soccer - Oak Mountain knocks off Leeds
March 11, 2025: Birmingham, AL 35242 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Oak Mountain Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Leeds Greenwave.
The Eagles (9-0) will now prepare for their outing against Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL). The Rebels go into the non-league outing with a 9-1 record. In their last outing, Vestavia Hills got by Hoover (Hoover, AL), 3-0, in a non-league match.
The Greenwave now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Clair County for a non-league match on Thursday, March 13. Leeds will meet a Fighting Saints team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Sylacauga (Sylacauga, AL). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 4-1.
