The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Diboll Lumberjacks (Diboll, TX) and the visiting Center Roughriders (Center, TX), observed Diboll's softball team get by Center by a tally of 7-5.

The Lumberjacks (6-5) will now prepare for their bout against Newton (Newton, TX). The Eagles go into the 3A Region III District 21 bout with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Newton by Chester (Chester, TX), 16-0, in a non-league bout.
