Louisiana High School Softball - Riverside Academy bounces Varnado
March 11, 2025: Reserve, LA 70084 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Riverside Academy Rebels (Reserve, LA) and the visiting Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA), observed Riverside Academy's softball team prevail over Varnado by a tally of 16-0.
The Rebels (7-3) will now prepare for their bout against Crescent City Christian (Metairie, LA). The Pioneers go into the 1A District 10 bout with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Crescent City Christian was routed by East St. John (Reserve, LA), 24-3, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the West St. John Rams (Edgard, LA) in a 1A District 10 bout, on Friday, March 14. Varnado will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 32-16 league win over Crescent City Christian (Metairie, LA).
