Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA) and the visiting Central Valley Christian Cavaliers (Visalia, CA), saw Taft's baseball squad beat Central Valley Christian by a margin of 5-3.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Foothill Trojans (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 15. Taft will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Delano (Delano, CA).

The Cavaliers now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dos Pueblos for a non-league battle on Friday, March 18.
