March 12, 2022: Magnolia, TX 77354 Cypress Woods Wildcats (Cypress, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Magnolia West Mustangs (Magnolia, TX), 6-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cypress Woods upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Cypress Falls (Houston, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 6A Region II District 16 test on Tuesday, March 15. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-7. Cypress Falls lost 14-0 in their recent non-league test against Katy (Katy, TX)
With the defeat, Magnolia West falls to 3-3 on the season. The Mustangs host Brenham (Brenham, TX) to battle the Cubs in a 5A Region III District 19 test on Tuesday, March 22. The Cubs come into the test with a record of 11-6.
