Filer Wildcats (Filer, ID) boosters went home happy Saturday as they saw their baseball squad beat the visiting Homedale Trojans (Homedale, ID), 19-9 in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Kimberly Bulldogs (Kimberly, ID) in a contest, on Wednesday, March 16. Filer will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

The Trojans now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Parma for a contest on Monday, April 4.
