Texas High School Softball - Iowa Park bounces Houston Christian
March 12, 2022: Houston, TX 77043 The Iowa Park Hawks routed the host Houston Christian Mustangs softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Hawks (14-2) will now prepare for their battle against Monterey (Lubbock, TX). The Plainsmen go into the non-league battle with a 12-0 record. In their last battle, Monterey notched a victory over Hobbs (Hobbs, NM), 20-2, in a non-league battle.
The Mustangs now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they host HCYA for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 22. Houston Christian will confront a squad coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Episcopal (Bellaire, TX). The record now stands at 8-13.
