March 12, 2024: Hinesville, GA 31313 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Liberty County Panthers (Hinesville, GA) and the visiting Montgomery County Eagles (Mt. Vernon, GA), saw Liberty County's soccer squad triumph over Montgomery County by a count of 7-0.
The Panthers now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Calvary Day for a 3A Area 3 test on Tuesday, March 19.
With the loss, Montgomery County drops to 3-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA) to meet the Buccaneers in a 1A D-II Area 2 test on Thursday, March 14. The Buccaneers come into the test with a record of 1-6. McIntosh County Academy won 9-1 in their recent league test against Treutlen (Soperton, GA)
