March 12, 2024: Baton Rouge, LA 70810 Dunham Tigers (Baton Rouge, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Maurepas Wolves (Maurepas, LA), 18-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they host Baker for a 2A District 6 challenge on Thursday, March 14.
With the loss, Maurepas falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Central Private (Baker, LA) to battle the Redhawks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 14. The Redhawks enter the challenge with a record of 9-1. Central Private won 17-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA)
