The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) and the visiting Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC), saw Lincolnton's baseball team gain a win over Ashbrook by a tally of 26-3.

The Wolves (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC). The Warriors enter the Catawba Valley Athletic 2A battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, West Caldwell was overwhelmed by Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC), 14-9, in a non-league battle.
