New York High School Basketball - Saranac bested by Voorheesville
March 12, 2025: Voorheesville, NY 12186 Voorheesville Blackbirds (Voorheesville, NY) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Saranac Spartans (Saranac, NY), 43-31 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Voorheesville advances its record to 17-7 on the year. The Blackbirds travel to Bishop Grimes (East Syracuse, NY) to face the Cobras in a non-league match on Saturday, March 15. The Cobras enter the match with a record of 18-3. Bishop Grimes won 55-39 in their recent non-league match against Canton (Canton, NY)
The Spartans now own a 17-4 record.
