March 12, 2025: Lexington, NC 27295 The West Davidson Dragons baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Starmount Rams to 1 in the Dragons non-league win on Wednesday.
The Dragons now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ragsdale for a non-league test on Thursday, March 13. West Davidson will play a Tigers team coming off a 18-4 non-league win over Page (Greensboro, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 1-3.
With the defeat, Starmount drops to 0-3 on the year. The Rams host North Stokes (Danbury, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league test on Friday, March 21. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 1-1. North Stokes lost 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Elkin (Elkin, NC)
