In Thursday's non-league bout, the Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA) baseball squad the host Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA), by a tally of 3-1.

Next up, the Matadors encounter the Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 17. Miramonte will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Highlanders go into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to El Cerrito (El Cerrito, CA).
