In Thursday's non-league game, the host Bishop's Knights baseball team scored a close 9-3 win over the Imperial Tigers.

The Knights (4-2) will now prepare for their game against El Camino (Oceanside, CA). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, El Camino was overwhelmed by Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA), 4-3, in a non-league game.

Next, the Tigers play the Clairemont Chieftains (San Diego, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 14. Imperial will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Chieftains go into the game with a 5-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Valley Center (Valley Center, CA).
