In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Camarillo Scorpions softball squad scored a close 7-2 triumph over the Thousand Oaks Lancers.

With the triumph, Camarillo upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Highland (Palmdale, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, March 14. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 5-1. Highland won 25-6 in their recent league game against Knight (Palmdale, CA)
