The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Kerman Lions (Kerman, CA) and the host Fowler Redcats (Fowler, CA), saw Kerman's softball squad nip Fowler by a score of 2-1.

With the triumph, Kerman improves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Lions travel to Liberty (Madera, CA) to face the Hawks in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 17.
