Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 14-13 in a non-league battle.

The Patriots now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Apex for a Southwest Wake battle on Thursday, March 14. Apex Friendship will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 14-13 league loss to Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 3-4.

In their next game, the Storm clash with the Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a Greater Neuse River battle, on Thursday, March 14.
