March 13, 2025: Carlsbad, CA 92009 The La Costa Canyon Mavericks volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Mt. Carmel Sundevils to 0 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mavericks now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Francis Parker for a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 19. La Costa Canyon will clash with a Lancers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Mt. Carmel drops to 4-7 on the campaign. The Sundevils travel to Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Marauders in a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 19. The Marauders come into the outing with a record of 5-1. Mira Mesa won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA)
