March 13, 2025: Walnut Grove, GA 30052 The Walnut Grove Warriors smashed the visiting George Walton Academy Bulldogs soccer team by a tally of 7-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next, the Warriors face the Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA) in a 4A Region 8 game, on Tuesday, March 18. Walnut Grove will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Jaguars come into the game with a 4-5 record after their 6-1 league loss to North Oconee (Bogart, GA).
The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA). The Lions come into the non-league game with a 7-0 record. In their last game, Hebron Christian edged Stephens County (Toccoa, GA), 5-0, in a league game.
