South Carolina High School Soccer - Porter-Gaud knocks off Pinewood Prep
March 13, 2025: Summerville, SC 29483 The Porter-Gaud Cyclones soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Pinewood Prep Panthers to 0 in the Cyclones league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Porter-Gaud advances its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Cyclones travel to John Paul II (Ridgeland, SC) to clash with the Golden Warrriors in a SCISA AAA Region II test on Friday, March 14. The Golden Warrriors come into the test with a record of 3-0. John Paul II won 10-0 in their recent league test against Northwood Academy (Charleston, SC)
The Panthers now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Academic Magnet for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25.
