March 13, 2025: Monroe, GA 30656 In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes soccer squad scored a tight 4-1 win over the Jasper County Hurricanes.
The Purple Hurricanes (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Ola (McDonough, GA). The Mustangs enter the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Ola tipped Locust Grove (Locust Grove, GA), 2-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Hurricanes confront the Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 20. Jasper County will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Knights enter the outing with a 2-1 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Jones County (Gray, GA).
