Arizona High School Softball - Cactus Shadows held off by Willow Canyon

In Thursday's non-league test, the Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ) softball squad got by the host Cactus Shadows Falcons (Cave Creek, AZ), by a tally of 9-8.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 13. Willow Canyon will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Wolves go into the test with a 6-1 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ).

The Falcons (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Canyon View (Waddell, AZ). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Canyon View held off Youngker (Buckeye, AZ), 27-0, in a non-league test.
