March 13, 2025: Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901 Cutter-Morning Star Eagles (Hot Springs National Park, AR) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Mineral Springs Hornets (Mineral Springs, AR), 11-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Cutter-Morning Star upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Eagles host Glen Rose (Malvern, AR) to play the Beavers in a non-league game on Saturday, March 15. The Beavers enter the game with a record of 1-2. Glen Rose lost 6-4 in their recent non-league game against Robinson (Little Rock, AR)
The Hornets now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Hope for a non-league game on Friday, March 14. Mineral Springs will play a Bobcats squad coming off a 12-10 non-league win over Prescott (Prescott, AR). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-1.
