California High School Baseball - Big Bear holds off Pacific

In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Big Bear Bears baseball squad scored a tight 14-10 triumph over the Pacific Pirates.

With the triumph, Big Bear advances its record to 2-8 on the season. The Bears travel to San Gorgonio (San Bernardino, CA) to battle the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, March 14. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 2-4. San Gorgonio lost 11-0 in their recent non-league match against La Sierra (Riverside, CA)

The Pirates now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Indian Springs for a Mountain Valley match on Wednesday, March 18. Pacific will play a COYOTES team coming off a 20-2 non-league win over Public Safety Academy (San Bernardino, CA). The COYOTES record now stands at 5-3.
