With the triumph, West Monroe advances its record to 11-7 on the year. The Rebels travel to Alexandria (Alexandria, LA) to play the Trojans in a 5A District 2 test on Saturday, March 14. The Yellow Jackets (4-15) will now prepare for their outing against Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA). The Eagles come into the 5A District 1 outing with a 11-5 record. In their last outing, Evangel Christian Academy tipped Byrd (Shreveport, LA), 7-1, in a league outing.
