Oklahoma High School Baseball - Shawnee sneaks past Perkins-Tryon
March 13, 2026: Perkins, OK 74059 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK) and the host Perkins-Tryon Demons (Perkins, OK), saw Shawnee's baseball team get by Perkins-Tryon by a tally of 11-10.
The Wolves (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Coweta (Coweta, OK). The Tigers enter the 5A District 3 battle with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Coweta was edged by Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK), 18-3, in a non-league contest.
The Demons now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Byng for a 4A District 5 contest on Tuesday, March 24. Perkins-Tryon will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Hugo (Hugo, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 3-0.
