Texas High School Softball - Marshall loses to Carthage
March 14, 2022: Marshall, TX 75670 The Carthage Bulldogs softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Marshall Mavericks to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Carthage improves its record to 13-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Athens (Athens, TX) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 15. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 9-6.
In their next game, the Mavericks clash with the Pine Tree Pirates (Longview, TX) in a 5A Region II District 15 game, on Friday, March 18. Marshall will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record.
