March 14, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28214 In Monday's non-league contest, the Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC) softball team overwhelmed the host West Mecklenburg Hawks (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 25-10.
With the triumph, Harding University moves its record to 1-3 on the year. The Rams host Berry (Charlotte, NC) to play the Cardinal in a So Meck 4A contest on Tuesday, March 15. The Cardinal come into the contest with a record of 0-3. Berry lost 17-2 in their recent non-league contest against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC)
In their next game, the Hawks play the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) in a Queen City 3A/4A contest, on Tuesday, March 15. West Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Huskies come into the contest with a 5-1 record after their 16-0 league win over Chambers (Charlotte, NC).
