Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Union Area Scotties (New Castle, PA) and the host Cameron County Raiders (Emporium, PA), saw Union Area's basketball squad overcome Cameron County by a tally of 51-37.

With the victory, Union Area improves its record to 24-3 on the campaign. The Scotties travel to Carlynton (Carnegie, PA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 17. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 19-7. Carlynton won 49-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Elk County Catholic (St. Marys, PA)
