California High School Volleyball - Emery can't hold off Contra Costa Christian

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Contra Costa Christian Cougars volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Emery Spartans.

The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against California School for the Deaf (Fremont, CA). The Eagles come into the battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, California School for the Deaf was edged by Summit K2 (El Cerrito, CA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Spartans clash with the Pescadero Vikings (Pescadero, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 16. Emery will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record.
