March 14, 2023: Franklin, OH 45005 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Northmont Thunderbolts (Clayton, OH) and the host Middletown Christian Eagles (Franklin, OH), saw Northmont's volleyball squad beat Middletown Christian by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Northmont upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Thunderbolts travel to Fairmont (Kettering, OH) to play the Firebirds in a bout on Thursday, March 16. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Fairmont lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Lakota West (West Chester, OH)
The Eagles now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Briggs for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 25.
