March 14, 2023: Flossmoor, IL 60422 Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings (Flossmoor, IL), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 16. Joliet West will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South (Calumet City, IL).
The Vikings now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 16. Homewood-Flossmoor will confront a Meteors team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Meteors record now stands at 0-1.
